Industrial, consumer, food/ag and services sectors.
Company sale, recapitalizations, carve-outs, or management buyouts. Will selectively consider minority equity (with governance rights).
Special interest in companies where online marketing could be enhanced with our expertise, tools and resources.
US only (Midwest US preferred, but not mandatory).
Industrial
Manufacturers, service providers or distributors. Plastics, metals, infrastructure, engineered products, facility services, logistics, and more.
Consumer
Branded or private label consumer products or services. Manufacturers, service providers and distributors. Preference for omnichannel or e-commerce business models, with an enthusiast customer base and/or high repeat revenue.
Food/Agriculture
Branded packaged food, contractor manufacturer, processor, distributors, or packaging, among others. Preference for healthy lifestyle, on-trend and sustainable products.
Services
Facility services, home-based services, environmental and safety, consulting, outsourced business process, or other value-add service that requires on-site expertise to solve problems.
Not for us
Some people love broccoli. Others...not so much.
